Mission Statement

  • • Enhance relationships among Anoka County residents by providing voluntary mediation services,
    • Promote and education the Anoka County community in alternative dispute resolution techniques which encourage peace and harmony in the community; and
    • Supplement the legal system by providing an alternative process for dispute resolution.

  • Kathy JensonKathi Jensen – Executive Director
    Kathie@mediationservice.org
    Kathi Jensen holds degrees from Winona State University and the University of Minnesota. She has a strong background in language arts and education, and has worked with families and children of all ages as a parent, community volunteer, teacher school board member, coach, writer, and restorative justice coordinator.

  • Deb Huebner – Administrative Assistant

    Debbie has been employed with Mediation Services since 2006. She resides in Anoka County with her husband and two teenage children. She attended Boston College and has a strong background in retail, finance and accounting.

  • Rachael Rich – Restorative Justice Specialist
    rachaelr@mediationservice.org
    Rachael Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ethnic Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice from Sonoma State University of California and a Master of Science degree in Ethnic Studies and Diversity from Mankato State University of Minnesota.  She has worked with families, children and community members through the YMCA and Boys and Girls Club as Lead Teacher/ Coordinator, volunteer, preschool teacher and elementary and middle school coach.
