Since 1987, Mediation Services for Anoka County has been helping families, neighborhoods, schools, landlords, tenants and businesses manage and resolve conflict through education and conflict resolution services. Professionally trained volunteer mediators assist individuals and communities to successfully resolve problems and disputes on own using alternative dispute resolution methods. We strive to empower individuals and communities by providing a wide range of conflict resolution services and educational events. As we partner and engage our community, we help build and strengthen communities.

Enhance relationships among Anoka County residents by providing voluntary mediation services,

Promote and educate the
 Anoka County community in alternative dispute resolution
techniques which encourage peace and harmony in the community; and

Supplement the legal system by providing an alternative process for dispute resolution.
