Restorative Justice

Restorative Justice is an alternative way of addressing crime and offenses within a community.  All affected individuals come together to discuss the harm caused by the event. Participants are prepared in advance to meet and are informed about how the process works.

A collaborative arrangement in child custody or divorce determinations in which the care of the children is equal or more than substantially shared between biological parents. MSAC mediates only post-decree shared parenting issues for divorced or unmarried parents.
