Mediation Services for Anoka County is not able to assist parties with issues and concerns involving:
A dispute involving neighborhood conflicts which could involve just two or more neighbors or a large group, landlord and tenants, businesses and consumers, or families.
There are no fees for most community mediations.
A theory of justice repairing the harm caused by a criminal act against an individual or community. 
Restorative Justice is an alternative way of addressing crime and offenses within a community. All affected individuals come together to discuss the harm caused by the event. Participants are prepared in advance to meet and are informed about how the process works.
