A program of restorative mediation, available through referral, offered to adult offenders and victims of general crime. Offenders are eligible if they take responsibility for their actions in the crime, are willing to make appropriate apologies, and offer restitution. Victims have the opportunity to meet with the offender face-to-face, ask questions about what happened, relate how the crime affected them and ask for ways to repair the harm done.
