An inexpensive program designed for parents who are divorced or never married which assists them in working out day-to-day details regarding their children:

Parenting Time Expediting Program:

This program provides another alternative for parents who are divorced or never married to work out problems without the high cost of litigation. Mediators are granted the authority to make determinations on parenting time issues that are not first resolved by the parties in mediation.

  • Court-Ordered Parenting Time Cases

  • Cases are Mediated/Arbitrated

  • $1000 File Administration Fee (split)

  • Sliding Fee Available
