Who is MARS?​

MARS is a leading conflict resolution non-profit in Anoka County, MN.  MARS primarily focuses on providing the space and resources for conflict to be addressed constructively allowing those in conflict to cultivate resolution and agreement, as well as develop understanding and connection.  MARS works to decrease feelings of stress, anger, resentment, and animosity between parties in conflict.  As a result, more peaceful, collaborative, and safer communities are built in our area.

At MARS, we look ahead with a holistic goal of serving the community. To do this, we focus on six key values: mediation, restorative services, resource connection, education, research and diversity. These are the scope of our services, as we strive to make a positive impact in the world around us.
