Mediation and Restorative Services (MARS) is a resource for Cities, Police Departments, and other organizations – you can easily refer cases to us.

We have skilled mediators who can help two parties who are experiencing conflict move on via mediation.

When Should I Refer?

When you are placed in a middle of a conflict that you feel could potentially be solved with mediator-guided dialogue. Our mediators collecting information, defuse emotions and facilitate difficult conversations in mediation sessions.

What Types of Problems Can We Help With?

Conflicts between community members (neighbors, landlords & tenants, organizations, employers & employees, businesses & consumers), conflicts within families (parents and children in dispute over rules, run away youth or those threatening to run-away, adult children living at home, eldercare, co-parents who are disputing over visitation, transportation, communication, and more.

How Do You Refer?

1. Hand out one of our Referral Postcards (one printed sheet can be cut into 4 postcards) and Brochure to the parties experiencing conflict

2. Fill out the Request for Services form and submit.
