Mediation is a facilitated conversation between one or more parties. During mediation, both sides are able to share their perspectives of the conflict.

Community mediations are free for all who live in Minnesota.

MARS provides virtual mediation services. In-person mediation services can be provided on a limited basis at the MARS office in Blaine (Blaine Human Service Center, 1201 89th Ave, Suite 380, Blaine, Minnesota 55434). Mediations can be scheduled during the week (days and evenings).

Our agreements are not legally official. Parties with any legal questions should consult with an attorney regarding its application within the legal process.

Under Minnesota State Statutes, our organization, a community-focused 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is unable to handle cases with situations involving domestic violence or abuse.
